CABLE CAR tells the story of a shy girl meeting a blind boy in a cable car. Thirteen-year-old Julia has no desire to go on a trip with her father and his new girlfriend. Especially not in the Cologne cable car. But then, in the gondel, she meets Sven, a blind boy.
